Asdfgh. D8 I don't know what to say. In three words, I love this.

These are two drawings combined into one. This started off as a random painting experiment: I just wanted to paint a background. Then I figured this would be a really good base for this idea I've had for a while. I painted another background, scribbled some lineart and bam. XD

This was pretty much my first time trying out profile views seriously, and for some reason, drawing them is really hard for me. The lineart took ages and in the end I'm really happy with how their faces look, even though they are a bit weird. Coloring these was really fun, I love doing stuff in this style even though it takes ages.

I like how Zelda's colors are quite warm-toned so the cool background makes quite a nice contrast, and vice versa for Midna. I should have added something like Hyrule castle and Twilight Palace in the background, but I didn't figure that out until now. XD Too bad.

The border is based on the markings Midna has on her arms. I love doing twili markings, they're so fun. >w<

I propably could talk a lot more about this piece, but... In short, I'm very proud of this piece and don't care about what other people say. <3
