Description
The first time I attempted to paint snow (Such snow ) was three years ago, and I can positively say I didn't know what I was doing. I knew it then and I know it now. Still, in the end I quite liked the result and I learned from it. For some reason (which perhaps is the fact that I've only seen snow a couple of times in my life), I never traied painting snow again until this year. I wouldn't say that now I know snow better, but I do know colour and light better, so even if once again I wasn't sure of what to do, I did it anyway and I'm way happier with this one. The subject was basically an excuse to paint a snowy landscape, but since he's already there I might as well say I got some loose inspiration from mongol warriors, which could have come from watching Marco Polo haha.
