Dobule post today. I've been working on this on and off for a while now, but found the time and will to finally finish it. This is probably the most complex personal piece I've painted in terms of atmosphere, or at least that's how it felt to me along the way. For some reason, I rarely use yellow as my predominant colour, but here it just felt right. I learned a lot with this one, hope you like it!Related content

Very nice piece, and beautiful atmosphere! I love all the details you put in this, from the designs of the different characters (that masked guy looks great!) to the carvings on the king's throne...
There's just one thing that disturbs me: the king's head seems to be disconnected from the rest of the painting, like it's done on a separate layer and just hovering there... But again, great picture!
