Yeah, dA's been weird for me too...... When I browse through other gallaries, I have to press the "Next Page" button, so I don't know how many pages are there, and if I fave something, and press the back button, it takes me all the way back to the first page of their gallary, even if I'm on like page 11. T~T

DA isn't being odd, it's just being the angsty, difficult to use DA that we all know and love(?) 
Try submitting it under a diffrent file extension, that usually works for me.
