Description After I drew it out I realised the monster reminded me of the two main characters from Monsters Inc
My defence is that they come out if the closet and this sucker resides under the bed.

Also at one point I wondered to myself why the curtains where open at night.. To which I replied; because I needed a convenient orange light source.

Well, it's a great piece. And Monster's Inc. still remains in my list of favorite animated films, along with Finding Nemo.

Oh but that was the thing, It wasn’t supposed to be a portrail but how can it not come to mind when you have a fuzzy monster poking out from under a bed in a not so evil kind of way.

Hey, some poeple sleep with the shades open. I used to for example. And it does give a very convenient orange lightsource. Which I love by the way. The rich blues and that work very well together.

I'm not sure if you were going for a child or an adult in the bed, but to me it looks more like an adult. It's the upperbody shape and proportions.

I think I was going for a slightly older child.
But ye he turned out to old, I think he's looking about in his teens right now.
I should draw more children, I've mostly been focusing on adult anatomy lately. I have looked at children’s proportions but not really put them into practice yet.
