I recently read the entire series of Twilight within a week, the new phenomenom in fiction by Stephenie Meyer, and like so many others... I've fallen in love with the series so I've been really rearing to get SOMETHING done for the fandom despite my lack of timeAnd so, here is a sketch I half-assed colored of Edward and Bella in their biology class during those few movie days in which sparks were flying...
If you haven't read this book I really encourage you to, the characters are so loveable and relateable and the story just flows so smoothly, GO READ!

Your Edward is hot, but he also looks a little old. I don't draw, though. I guess 17 is tricky age to draw.

I have a tendency to draw all my characters as if they're in their twenties for some reason,especially hot guys . . . probably has to do with the musculature and strong jaw

Since I just began reading the first book of the Twilight series, I can't say much about it. However, I can already say without a doubt I am IN LOVE with Bella/Edward!

Yep!! I so hear ya! Her just leaning against him, with him holding her with his golden eyes (on the poster). *Le sigh* And the tidbit! "Who would you live for if you had forever to live?" Or something to that effect! 
Yeah, I'm just breezin' through the first book here! I've already read up to 250 pages, and I only started 2 days ago! And for a girl who only picks up and reads a book once a week and finishes maybe in about 2 or 3 months that's saying something!

I'm already finished with the first book and now I'm on the second. I just breezed past page 94 and was halted by pure HEARTACHE when Edward left! GRRRR! This sucks!

Yeah, when I read New Moon I had to flip ahead to see when he would be in it again, I couldn't stand the anticipation

Yeah, this just blows! This is definitely NOT going to be my favorite book of the series, that's for sure!! Stupid Jacob Black. HMPH!

aww, Jake's not too bad, he's pretty fun... though he can be overbearing too. I'm all for Ed/Bell but Jake was there for Bella when she really needed someone; plus when you start reading the next books more than half of the humor wouldn't be there without him

He is! Though he's mostly got a sarcastic/snarky sense of humor, but what's really hilarious is the interaction between him & Edward

I am now in the third book. Yeah, Edward and Bella just got in a their first arguement over her sneaking off to see Jacob. I thought it was hilarious that Edward pays off Alice with the yellow porshe to watch Bella and have her sleep in his room. 
I almost feel sorry for Edward. Poor Edward. Like hello! Doesn't Bella realize he's just trying to protect her, and of course he's jealous! 
And Alice and Jasper have to be my second fav couple!!! I don't know. Something about them. Just too adorbable. 
Yeah, here I thought I would move through the second book slowly cause Edward wasn't in it, but instead I just read it probably even faster than the first book, because I wanted to see Edward come back!
I liked it when Jacob is comparing the eagle to the fish and he's like, "The fish doesn't try to kiss the eagle!" And Bella goes "Well, maybe it did try! The eagle is a good-looking bird!"

I know it's so great, and the best is yet to come. I can't say that I actually understand Bella's being okay with ETERNITY and not MARRIAGE, the only thing that I can possibly say on her behalf is that it's the concept of the thing. Her mom raised her to fear and dread the whole white dress and walking down the aisle thing, especially being right after highschool, it didn't end so great for her parents.
It would be hard to be in Bella's position, while she's errivocably in love with Edward she still has to feel a great loyalty to Jacob, he did after all nurse her through the rough times when Edward wasn't there. It's sort of like trying to have your cake and eating it too though.
Ooooh! I just adore Alice, she's probably my second favorite after Bella, even before Edward; she's so ridiculously escentric and audacious. Though I can't really say that I've ever been too crazy for Jasper, I kind of find his character rather dull and boring, though Eclipse did add a lot of dimension to him. I will applaud him for his devotion to Alice though, and the whole story of how they met is really cute.
I love that Jacob's so witty, but then sometimes Bella fires it back to him in such a way that you have to wonder who has the greater wit.
I'm interested to hear your take on the 4th book once you get there, I know there's been a lot of contoversy about it among the fandom. Personally I though it was a pretty good ending for Bella & Edward, I especially love Jacob's ending

Yeah, that's one thing I just don't get at times. But she seemed to understand Edward's side at the end of the third book, and she seemed to care about what he was concerned about, so it's all good.
Yeah, the third book was good, but some parts I just did NOT like. Like when Jacob and Bells kissed. Ugh. Of course. And then she realizes she like in love with them both. But yeah, I guess it would be hard. Jacob represents her human self, and all that she's giving up. But I think Edward, as she stated, she just can't live without.

I'll admitt since the press and trailers for the movie have come out I like Jasper better, or at least the guy who plays him. Yeah, the Mercedes Guardian, right? I guess being missle proof practically makes it vampire proof too.
