Took some random sketches of the girls, colored em and poof! This is what I got.I think that I like Kodachi's leotard the color it is in the OVA's rather than the green from the series, just fits her personality more.

Oh. Kodachi just popped out in my eyes and I like the way you have drawn her. And Akane.. My favorite charter in Ranma.. So lovely. I love the way you have done them all.. Maybe I should also do some fan work.. hmm. HavenΒ΄t done it in loong time..
But but, you have a question. If I remember right (and I can trust in Finnish translation) there isnΒ΄t any volume, where that is sayd straight throught to you, but IΒ΄m not sure.. But if there were a chapter where that have said, itΒ΄s part, when Cologne appears. I think.

Her own twisted mind, yes, regardless she's still after Ranma. And if you want to get technical Shampoo isn't Ranma's fiancee either except in her own twisted Amazon laws. And then if you want to get even more technical he's never actually proposed to any of them. It doesn't seem to make a difference in the Ranma universe whether or not someone has a valid claim, as long as they just state a claim. At least thats the way I see it...

I just mean that the others have claims that are somewhat legit.
Akane- Family agreement, future of Anything goes martial arts. Ranma does have a strong sense of duty as a martial artist and that includes family obligations even if he don't like it.
Ukyo- Genma took the dowry and made a deal, that and Ranma doesn't want to hurt his best friend if he can help it.
Xian Pu- She's stuck for the Kill him or marry him options by her tribe, Ranma doesn't want Xian Pu to get punished for something like that.
Kodachi- She just crazy....

I agree that Akane and Ukyou have a somewhat valid claim, Shampoo has her own obligations to her tribe but Ranma doesn't have any obligation to her or Kodachi... though wasn't there an episode where Genma, in exchange for a free dojo or french cuisine (or something that was free) told Kodachi that she could be Ranma's fiancee? Oh well, that agreement fell through anyways... but then again it seems that Ukyou's did too...

Ranma's obligation to Xian Pu is that she IS a friend, and you don't let fdriends get killed for silly laws.... but i digress, this does not detract from the fact that this is a good pic

she's a great addition regardless of her status... and as for the amazon law, it doens't match that penalty to the instance, but on 2 sepearte occasions, Cologne says that the penalty for major crimes iis death and that shampoo's curse was a slap on the wrist, then later she says that if she fails now, she would be in most dire of dishonor if even allowed to live.

Where has it said that the Amazon tribe would sentence Shampoo to death if she didn't snag Ranma as a husband? I know that sometimes in fanfics that this pops up as a possiblity but I've never seen it as canon, it's just as likely that she'd lose her place as the top warrior in her tribe or possibly face exile, but death? If it does mention this in the manga then I apologize, but I don't recall reading it. And I'm sorry if I'm coming off as witchy or confrontational because that isn't my intent at all! Besides it's all a matter of opinion I suppose and how you interpert the characters and story line. Thanks for the feedback, nonetheless.
