Decided to dust off the watercolours. Watched quite a few tv shows while painting this one, so took a bit longer than it should have.It's Autumn here in Australia, so perhaps the colours outside inspired me.
A4 Watercolour and pencils.

I read somewhere once that some tribes believed in covering the eyes of kills, so that the animal's spirit didn't haunt them.

I didn't see the spearhead at first, so it looked like he was gonna beat the fish over the head with a stick.

Everything is so harmonic and natural in this piece. All the different colors and shades blend so well together, and it's clear you master the technique very well. Proportions are good, and the details are superb.
The only two things I would point out are the left leg (closer to the viewer) and right arm. Something about the angle of the paw seems a bit wrong to me, as if it should be more turned towards the werewolf and less towards us. About the hand holding the spear, the connection between the forearm and the rest of the arm has a bit strange lighting in my opinion. Not sure how to fix this though.
