So it goes like this:Italy and Japan are watching the fireworks on New Years at midnight or whatever but then it gets too cold for Italy thus he's sneezing then Japan and him share the scarf and they get to be warm and stuff. Yaaaay
I don't think you can really follow along well without my little description of what happened pshh xD
See it's so sketchy and crappy and I can't draw fireworks and WHO POSTS A LATE NEW YEARS PICTURE ANYWAYS I do I'm tired
It's only almost 1 AM so I'm not THAAAT late right yaaa
Dude I don't want to go to school on Tuesday I really really don't oh kill me

are like just normal dA accounts.... so you put :icon//INSERT ACCOUNT NAME HERE//:
So for you, I'd put :icon yuzu-kuro: (without the spaces) to get ~
And then the plz icons like the 2 I did before are normal accounts that people make but they end the username with "plz" to say that it's a plz account that's made just for the purpose of an emote.
I don't know if you already knew the plz account one but I'm saying it just in case... xD
