This is called the Lighting Gear that is for Jolteon only and ups his Speed and Electric type attacks. it also gives him three Inflation Elements to use for battle or for fun;3

B-Battle Mode: Speed goes up by 60 SPD points and all Electric attacks go up in power by 40%
L-Lighting Voltage Mode: Gives Jolteon a infinite amount of electricity that he turns to a lighting ball and increase to 60% power with the Electric Inflation Element now in him which makes him more deadly but good for charging elections and he learns Zap Cannon
W-Water Flood Mode: Fills Jolteon with a infinite amount of water that leaves him a water balloon but makes him a water type and makes his body heat and Fire Resistance so he can't get burned or get a burn state and with the Water Inflation Element he learns Hydro Pump
H-Helium Sky Mode: makes Jolteon as light as air turning him into a Flying type and let's him move around in the air and with so much helium thanks to the Helium Inflation Element he learns the powerful Flying type move Hurricane
