Just wondering a bit about how you did this...
did you use three bold pencil lines and liquify the edges then use a brush that sort of looks like grass for the lines coming off and then use an abstract brush kit for the lighter marks around the bolded centers? If I am wrong please correct me as I wish to stop wondering how it was done. Its a need effect.

The sad part is that you can't really do stuff like this on Photoshop Elements 6. Damn my mother and her lack of techno art-savvy.
