and the reason he's holding two is because its metal as frick. plus, tell me an 80's action movie where nobody holds two guns at the same time lol

Did you know that Guns Akimbo is not very useful as movies make it be???
Actually, two guns  is often full of disavantages as is hard to shoot accurately and if you lost your bullets you're gonna to have some extra work to put other bullets!

he is an enforcer for a ..specific private company which I will not be naming at this time.
