uhh...it depends on who you talk to. If you want a whole lot of effects and stuff, use photoshop. But mine are straight up vector, everything you see was drawn with the pen tool. No effects. In that case I think illustrator is better. So really it's up to you...haha. Hope that makes sense.

I'm not sure what you mean. This isn't photo-manipulation in any way, it's vector art. I could give you some vector tips if you want, but maybe try to be a little more specific?
