This is for the CLAMP girls season contest at a group called YOU SHOULD JOIN!!Yes!
So I decided to draw Chii because I love drawing pretty girls, as most of you know
And also I needed to practice shading blonde hair, seeing as I usually draw dark-haired girls. So I drew her at the Cherry Blossom Festival, which is in the spring I'd LOVE to go to Japan to see them bloom It was also an excuse to draw some Chobits fan-art
I've never actually drawn Chii before 
... I hope she doesn't set her kimono on fire with her sparkler...
