Similar to FreezingKaiju 's idea, a petite little (possibly Asian) woman is seated on her couch before hr TV and video game console. She's hunched forward, allowing her stuffed basketball of a belly to hang between her legs, and using it as an armrest to help hold her game controller in place. Her stare is quite apathetic toward the game screen, looking as though she's been playing for hours on end with no signs of stopping anytime soon. She barely even acknowledges the pizza guy now that he's in the room, her expression never changing, even at the prospect of stuffing her already swollen belly with even more pizza (it could be implied that this wasn't her first order of pizza).
