Basic description for the character idea: He is a lightning based monk that has the Astral self subclass.

Name: Hjulmiir

Race: Goliath, very tall, grey skined lean humanoid that live on the top of mountains.

Some backstory: He comes from a town called Anvilfell in Huntrum's range. Huntrum's range is very mountainous and almost like the Outback of Australia. Except if it had the mountains of the Himalayas. Hjulmiir was a very talent blacksmith and was also in charge of delivering his goods by boat to a neighboring island to the continent but he wasn't in possession of a very large boat. In the game, there is a giant eternal hurricane called "Huntrum's Hatred" and he had got caught in it while sailing alone. He himself had been smited by lightning from the storm which had also destroyed his ship entirely. Leaving him in the ocean. He had instinctively put up his hands and the lightning had traveled through his arms, down his chest before it became grounded.
