BACKSTORY
Lily was originally just a young woman whose family lived close to a beautiful lake. She grew up an only child with both of her parents. Her parents were very caring for her, but they were often away working so they could keep her just as happy as she wanted to do for them. She was very studious in her schoolwork as her version of paying them back. In her free time she would like to play around the lake near her home. She'd always been drawn to it. She was also very protective over it after she proclaimed herself the owner of it, always running off anyone that was harming it with litter. There were also times that she would sit and be company with anyone that'd come and sit alone by the river too.
Unfortunately, during one of those days that she was spending trying to run off a group that were doing their best to ruin the beauty of that lake, she was killed on duty as they had taken to violence very quickly. They left her there, but instead of dying like everyone else would, she had become something else. She became a spirit of that same stream that she tried so hard to protect. After renaming herself Lily after the lake's pretty water lilies, she embraced her new form and decided to grow more comfortable with it. She no longer lived with her family, and continued keeping up with her lake while making a new life for herself. Lily was also very fond of her newfound beauty in herself as well, and has taken much of a liking to it. She gained much more respect for herself as well.
Continuing to take out a little time to always check back on her lake, she used her other time to explore what she could do with herself. Lily learned how easy it was to manipulate others into doing and getting what she needed. Charming others into doing her bidding became a hobby the more she realize how much she could gain for it. After paying more attention to the town that she decided to hang around in, Lily learned more about the gangs that inhabited the city. As much as gangs in general seemed crude and messy, she was interested in the first that she'd heard about: Medium. Their boss seemed very appealing. Assuming that she could get lot of things out of it, Lily decided to give it a go.
