Hey there!
I actually used a 400w Strobe flash and a 7' PLM with a diffuser and the background is just black seamless paper
The outcome is actually a normal picture, but I opened the RAW in Lightroom and lowered the exposure so it wasn't so bright, then painted exposure back onto certain parts of the image.
Then added vignette, some texture and grain, and then softened the skin and worked with the shadows/highlights and curves
