I don't think it was THAT low. It was 2.7.
It's supposed to be between 3.5 and 4.5 if I remember correctly.
I had gotten down to 98.2 pounds. On the way to an appointment my left hand started spazzing out, I felt sick to my stomach, and like I was going to pass out. My mother made me go to a walk-in clinic and they said I had to go to the ER because my potassium levels were so low that it could cause my heart to stop. After an IV, two meals (I failed at purging them-I tried), and 20 juice cups in one night, I weighed 110.8

I've managed to get back down to 103.2. I plan on losing at least 8.2 more pounds. At least.
