Description
Another rare old british classic I always loved watching when I was young~
Rosie and Ruff in Puppydog Tales, which first started up in 1992, an educational program
to do with safety in the streets along with Rosie and her friends, Ruff, Scratch and Sniff.
This took me sometime to do, in fact all day I've been making this...
Making the eyes position to have her look to her own logo's a pain, plus; there's no pattern filter
for all settings on 2007, so I had to rely on Google again. Sorry Google.
Other then that, I love how this came out by the end.
