All in all I really like this picture because of a few reasons:
- the vignette is highlighting the teddy bear
- the toning is very fitting this little bit of crossing works very good for this picture
- light setting it also very interesting as it is not flat at all.
What I would improve are some little details. There is a lot of dust on your background which are brighter than the rest of the image this distracts the attention to these points. If you are doing a bit more of retouching and delete these pieces it will lead to a even more focused picture.
