Very interesting piece with great potential. You have vision & creativity, but there are a few technical issues , that in my opinion, spoiling the whole feeling.
Lets begin.
The masking is a bit rough on the girl which seems a little out of place. Her hair and her corset could use a little more work, and especially the corset.
The cat seems less rough but it could use a bit, attention to blend even better with her background.
I like the coloring you chose. But your lighting doesn't seem to include the model and cat, thus making them feel like intruders on the image.
Also the cat doesn't seem to cast a shadow. This might be intentional but you should at least consider a small darkening around her paws, like the darkening around girls hand which look really good.
