at first I thought this was some kind of scene from a spyro tv show! XD but he really needs some recognition because skylanders isn't giving him anything. He's just a money grabber and was only there to gain interest in the game D: He doesn't deserve to be forgotten! D:

I used Gaussian Blur and set the layer mode to Hard Light in Photoshop.

Lol, a lot of people did that, I was playing video games ever since I was four and we got a super nintendo so I knew what I was doing, still I didn't own a psx or a copy of the game until a few years later.
