At the beginning of the episode Sherlock got a letter from a young girl who said her bunny Bluebell (who could glow in the dark) disappeared. Later **KIND OF SPOILER** at Baskerville, Sherlock discovers one of the doctors is the little girl's mum and she took Bluebell away because she gave her daughter the wrong rabbit.
