Commission Dated January 2019.4 hours, pencil sketch completed in photoshop CS 6
Client requested: Bulbasaur drawn in a creepier style than usual to use as a profile picture
After discussing we agreed on a more realistic look that traditional Pokemon art, which led me to finding actual animals and plants to reference and mix together.
She wanted it to be a carnivore, so I put in the carnivorous plants instead of a standard flower bulb.
