Much like the large version of this, only smaller. xD
Not much to say about this one. The pattern of squares is the Fibonacci sequence. The number in the background is Phi (the golden ratio). Phi was obsessively put in there by hand because no font I own has letters that look decent in a 3x5 pixel block.
Also I'm trying to determine how my concentration is on a new medication, and handlettering is a good way to tell. As well as making it look cool.
