Description
In a way, it’s funny how much DA reflects my growth as an artist. The fact that it launched as a platform a few months after i was born means that celebrating my birthday feels a lot like celebrating the anniversary of DA every year, bahaha^^ ive had my reasons for leaving, but i came back for mutual friends and the MLP community. Now, the show that started it all ended recently, and many of my art/brony friends have now moved elsewhere or are studying different things. Still, DA played a huge role in me choosing to stay in the art community (and eventually pursue it as a career, woop woop), and plenty of ppl i admire and aspire to follow in the footsteps of are on this platform. Or like me, they started here, on Deviantart. It makes me a little sad that it will prolly never return to its former glory days, but it has great ppl nonetheless and i doubt i’ll be leaving it anytime soon! So it will always be a special place and hold memories for me despite where we all go in the future.
