theRainbowOverlord and I were talking about ships and her Harry Potter OC's and a while back i offered to make one for her character Opal, and thus this lady was born. I named her Victoria, but she usually gets called Toria by friends. i wasnt sure where i was going with her but i definitely wanted to do ombre hair
