A certain song says that. And it's true.
I draw people in general, and I believe emotion is the single most important thing when drawing a person. For some reason I like to draw tears. Maybe I'm depressed. Hah not really. I think crying is a very strong expression of emotion, whether it be sadness, happiness, or anger.

If you can draw something, draw it ^.^ *can't draw tears very well, look at "thank you - the partridge"... or not*
There is a lot of emotion in this piece but only really artistically by the lines over her face. Maybe try bolder harsher strokes for more anger or something? They say ammatures draw with their nose to the paper, not seeing what they draw. Artists draw with large sweeping strokes sitting way back from the paper.
