Me: um Finland how do you Nordics feel about black people? because my friend and her family went to a Nordic country (I'm not saying who for his safety) and at lot of people there were staring at them... and a few people mentioned the word "black" when they are looking at them in their language and some of them think they are funny looking.... how do you and the other Nordics feel about black people?....

Well... Of course none of us hate people with darker skin! Unlike Americans, the people of the Nordic countries are much more tolerant and much less rude and racist. Racism is useless and quite honestly doesn't make sense! But I can understand why he/she would receive stares. Up here, unless they've moved in or their heritage is from somewhere else, the vast majority of the population is pale skinned. It's nothing against him/her!
