(( When I first played Bravely Default...and I saw the character 'Agnes Oblige'...she was one of those characters that made me go

"Ughs...this is a good game, but..she's just so....*sigh* oh well I guess I have to deal with her if I wanna finish the game...she IS a main character after all..."

She was just a character that I really didn't think much of. I didn't dislike her...but I didn't like her either... U - U;

Until the chapter with the Florem Festival.
If you've played the game, you know that the gang enters Agnes into the beauty pageant whatever...and if it's not bad enough that Agnes is the introvert of the group with not being used to the outside world from being raised in a temple all her life...so she doesn't do well with people really...and the people who are watching the beauty pageant bash her for not being flashy and "prettying up" like the other girls *coughwhorescough* in it did....and despite a bunch of assholes being asses to her, Agnes stood her ground on that stage and had the courage to do what she needed to do (which also if you've played the game you know she didn't enter the pageant to win, but for another purpose).

And.....I really admired that in her.
Because people who aren't shy may not view it as something big to stand up and take charge or speak out, but for those of us who are....it's really hard sometimes to do so.....and to see Agnes do what she did made me change my opinion of her.

I always saw Edea as being the strong girl on the team, but as I have continued to view their stories....I believe both females are strong, and Agnes even more than Edea now because of her personality.

alkdsfjlksdfj but let me stop rambling on about this because hgnsns I just love this game and I can fangirl over all these characters all day, so let me stop before I do pfft

But I just wanted to do fanart of Agnes because, idk, spur of the moment pfft
But oh gosh I wish I would have just let it as a sketch instead of trying to color it because the sketch looked SO MUCH better pfft ))
