[ Alrighty, well I think it's about time that I explain what Patch is and where she came from and so on and so forth.
People have asked if she is human and she is not, though I know you are probably thinking bullshit but yes, she isn't. She is actually a tulp. A tulp is someone who of many species/races yet doesn't show signs due to incapability of connecting said "powers" or whatever. So she could be mixed with like a nymph and a witch, yet this is what you get. Not a regular human a just a simple person with no specific name.
and no that does not mean Patch has any powers she wants to get in touch with.
Another way of putting is a separation between races/species like, as an example, if Patch were half witch and half cow but was separated from those species/races she would not have anything due to not being around her kind.
So Patch is just Patch.

So now for a little of her past,
Patch grew up in village where males were dominant and females were inferior. Picture sexist and very narrow minded people.
Patch's father, as you guys have heard, wanted boys but all he got was girls one boy before Patch and because Patch was a girl he resents her.
The girls were made to were skirts, bind their stomachs and grow their hair long. This meant beauty, but as you can tell Patch ain't got time fo' dat shit.
Patch stopped going to school at age nine and only has a fifth grade reading level, as of now but she is still determined to learn.
In this village there is a religion that they follow, it's the followers of the Werton.
Werton has three gods: Thullop, Sodemer and Olisp.
Patch is still a patron to this religion even though she has broken rules.
It's basically sexism, mixed with like whatever you wanna throw in there.
So she does not celebrate Christmas.

You probably know what happens next,
Patch decides aftermonths of waiting that she will run away to starther own dress shop, and when she left three days later she heard that her mother had died of a heart attack. Patch's father is a bastard and blames her.

Secretly Patch hopes to return home one day when married andwith kids to gain back her father's love.
but only hopes.
