Yes, if he eats something toxic he can inherit it's poison. This effect lasts for about a day and he's good to go. Since his body absorbs the toxins, naturally he can filter them out.

This boy could literally eat his weight in anything given to him and he wouldn't gain a single pound. Sea bunnies tend to get all the perks

As a graffiti artist, he needs to be able to maneuver and get into places the average Joe couldn't. He's quite the acrobat.
