Bio: Eldest child of her family she had always been energetic reckless and loud she had made bad decisions when reaching her teen years this causing trouble for her parents and leaving more time for them to consider leaving the kingdom to her younger sister, this only being known to her on the day her sister was announced the heir she was furious she had gathered up few citizens and royal guards corrupting them and giving them a reason to aid her with her plans she had rebelled and when the time came she took over and threw her family into the dungeon. Now ruling the weather kingdom it is made up partially the cloud kingdom and cloud kingdom citizens up high in the sky, it gives home to many different types of citizens or weather people (many types of weather) Most of the kingdom is not as much like it used to be, filled more with rule breakers and people like Levinia. It has a strong army and defense system though not flawless she gains her strength of the army by taking down kingdoms she see's as weak.

- most times she will relax or hang out with friends
- She does still care for her family but bares a hatred for them at the same time (they are still living in the dungeon)
