Just a random thought - good way that you make them different from each other. After all, different-gender twins are non-identical twins and thus technically they shouldn't look identical.

Good thing to know that you're a doctor too (as wacky as a doctor who wears a beanie, dyes his hair pink, and wears urban-styled outfit will be).

At least you told me that you're a doctor, amirite? (That's kinda off topic here, though, but because you're a doctor I thought you should already know some facts about twins. )

Yes of course. Twins with diffrent genders often don't look like twins. Twins, they're like brother and brother or sister and sister often look the same way, so it's not easy to say who's who...
