In the blackboard, you wrote (A+B)*C = A+B*A+C, but in the question, however, you wrote it as (A+B)*C = (A*C)+(B*C).
Besides, if we apply the first equation, the answer would be, (4+1)*2 = (4+1)*(4+2) = 5*6 = 30, while if we take the second equation into account, it would be, (4+1)*2 = (4*2)+(1*2) = 8+2 = 10.
