click the big orange circle with an arrow on it, and then pic the first frame. then click "load image"
now, under the "MIX" heading, it says "frame animation". click "frame animation. since you loaded your first frame, it's already there. then click each little button that says "choose file" but make sure your careful about the order.
now, once your all done, click the thing that says speed and choose your speed. the speed i used for this was "1/5 second"
under the loop setting, choose "infinite" -- it's the best option unless you're making a little animated flash movie.
now, click the "convert" button. there is a little grey arrow just above that. if you click it, it'll take you to the top if you have a lot of frames so you don't need to do a bunch of scrolling.
keep in mind that it can't handle large file sizes.
also, your frames are each movement. you need to draw them separately.
