(( I use just Paint tool SAI for all my needs
And I use Photoshop elements 8 or GIMP if I want to make my pictures transparent/PNG.
Currently, I'm mostly using a brush tool that's been modified, and a water tool that's been modified. I also use the pen tool and marker tool without changing any settings on those, but not for Dencat's pictures. XD ))
