Welcome to Cheval D'or EventingThis is a show split up in three phases, meaning you need to keep attention on it and submit your art in time.
Important! You need to keep the same horse and rider through the whole show. You cannot register for just one phase!
The prizes will be given at the end of the last phase. You will not win prizes per phase!

Information
Cheval D'or is a three phase show where you must succeed in all phases to earn a spot among the best. You must also make it throug the first phase to move on to the next one and so on. If you fail to submit your entry in time or for some reason get disqualified, you cannot continue. Anyone can win a phase, it doesn't mean you will win the whole show, giving everyone the chance to snatch that first place. In the end, everyones score will be counted together and the winner will be presented!
Welcome to the first phase - Dressage.
Rules
- Image must be fullbody, showing a fullbody rider and correct background.
- Starting number must be visible somewhere on the image
- Correct tack and clothing must be worn
- Horses / ponies may not be under the age of 7 years old to enter
- Rider may not be under 16 years old to enter
- You are not allowed to reuse old images
- Entries submitted after show closes will be disqualified
- You MAY get faults even if you don't show it in your image, so showing faults will not give you lower points
- If a rider falls off or the horse falls the equipage will get disqualifed and cannot continue in the show
- Sabotage on other riders (ROLEPLAY NOT REAL LIFE!!) will not get your rider disqualified
- Collabs and art trades are welcome, buying YHH or a comission will not count for you
- Entry image MUST be drawn by you, premade linearts etc will get you disqualified
- Extra images should be linked and visible in the entry description, preferably somewhere at the top
The show is held at AskebodaStables in the middle of a warm summer and the dressage phase will be held inside the indoor arena. You can see all references here . The dressage phase starts at 8 am and we're expecting sunny weather the whole day. The warmup will be held outside in the paddock and we will only allow 5 horses at the time in the paddock. You may also warm your horse up in one of the nearby pastures.
In the arena you will be surrounded by the traditional dressage fence and flowers by all the letters. On the far wall (shown on the reference image) a Swedish flag will be hanging from the wall.On the other side you have the audience seating. For everyones safety and all horses sake, all of Askebodas horses will be turned out in the pastures during their summerbreak.
A temporary stable will be placed outside on the parkinglot area for all entrants to use, see reference here . There will be no tack room so keep your things safetly stored in portable tacklockers or in your busses / cars.

All the points will later be recounted to a percentage score, so your score will not be shown in points but precentage as it would in dressage. If you have questions about it, please note me.

Quick question. Can we use a background multiple times. So, Could I make 1 background and use it for the two pairs I'm entering?
EDIT: Another question, for the extra images, should they also be fullbodys with backgrounds to count? Or is a partial/headshot also okay?

I'd prefer not as it would lower your effort score. But there's no rule against it.
There's no rules about the extra images. It's up to you but a better image is then the better score you get.

I was just going to ask before I submitted, my stable typically rides in a red saddle pad for all disciplines, it's kind of its thing, is that alright and wont be deducted under incorrect tack?

By far wall, do you mean the wall with mirrors, or the wall across from the stable? And also, are those windows on the wall across from the stable or is it just shiny?
