Facility information
As spring arrives it's time for Askeboda to have another show. It will be held in the paddock and forest outside the stable (References can be found here ) Temporary stables will be put up by the drive way, below the paddock. Horses entering 3DE or more than one class can rent a stall here, as well as people who have traveled far. There's also a few spots in the Askeboda stable.
Warmup will be held inside our indoor arena. It's now allowed to enter the paddock from when the show starts. Failure to do this will get you disqualified

Show information
This is a costume show, but you will not only be judged by the costume, but also music. This means that you need to base your costume and mood in drawing on the song you pick. It can be any kind of song and costume may be anything as long as it doesn't cover horse or riders eye in a way that it makes it hard for them to see. And if entering show jumping or 3DE it should not be able to get stuck in jumps or other obstacles. People entering 3DE does not need different costumes, enter all days in the same is fine. The weather is picked by you, simply to be able to set the mood you need.

Rules

Costume may not cover horse or riders vision.
Any tack, as long as well fitted, may be used. Bareback or bitless is also approved.
Entry should be based on one song, or 3 if you enter 3DE
Show should be linked in entry description
Extra images are optional but will boost your chances of winning
Starting number needs to be shown on image
No reusing old images
Horse must be at least 3 years old for ridden classes
Entries without starting number visible will be disqualified!

ClassesShow JumpingOn Day 2, starting at 9 am, the show jumping is held on the first day. The heights are picked by the riders to fit their horses. Jumps will be rather simple , except one combination in the end of the round. Round will be judged by time and fault, as well as extra points available for good music and costume combination. An equipage may be picked off the arena if costume is judged to be too dangerous and will end with disqualification.
3DE Show jumping will also be held on this day in the end of the show jumping class.

DressageThe dressage class starts for 3DE entrants at 8 am, Dressage class starts at 2 pm. It will be held in the paddock. Costumes should not scare the horse or risk getting stuck in the fencing. All horses will enter and leave on their own to minimse the risk of worrying or scaring other horses. Riders can make their own program or go with a traditional one as long as it fits the horse and rider.

3DE
On the fourth day the Eventing part of 3DE will be held on the third day and will start at the edge of the forest just outside the temporary stables, it will then go mostly though the forest but a water jump will also be included. You will cross a few open fields and the risk of deers in the morning is quite big as the show starts at 8 am. Costume should not risk getting stuck in jumps or trees or make the horse uncomfortable. Nor should it be anything low enough to get heavy when wet. It is completely okey for a rider to strip down the costume for the eventing to make it easier for horse.

LibertyLiberty will be held in the paddock on the last day and is open for horses at any age, foals are not recommended however. Horse will be shown without handler and costumes should be fitted to not risk getting stuck in the horse incase it decides to buck, rear, roll or other things that normally doesn't happen when mounted. Nor should it be able to get stuck anywhere else.

Judgeing
Your entry will be judged on creativity, effort and how well you preform the costume and song combination. Entries should be fullbody to be able to reach a placing. Extra images will also count for extra and will be judged together with the entry. The main judge will be AskebodaOLD but also a friend who is not in harpg. No judge will enter the show themselves.
