You must be the biggest idiot I have ever discovered. First of all, yes, if you make an AskSherlock account- Sherlock being the name that Cae has created for Englandog-, then, whether you use the design or not, it is stealing. You could be fined. Besides, even if you did make one and miraculously get away with it, I doubt you would have the capability to pull off roleplaying anything even the slightest bit related to England, thanks to your grammar. Thirdly, she does have the right to say what she wants to you. There is no rule against stating your own opinion on the internet, and thus you can do nothing about it. It's also rather hypocritical for you to speak of her 'being a bitch to you', when you're the one who intends to steal and rip off her character and account. Lastly, if you so much as considered committing suicide because of somebody defending themselves against an art thief, you're even more pathetic than I initially suspected.

Still being a comment stalker as I said in othe comments but yes, I know it is kind of copying Englanddog, but it was just an idea til my friend got thretened. Yoou don't like it when your friends get threatened, and neither do I. Where still friends, I just feel the need to stand up to my friend.
