Well, it wasn't everyday that she found her in the busy side of a town. But traveling sure took her to some fascinating places. Still she wouldn't be around for more then another day. And then it was back on the road heading for home. There was just one thing she needed to do first. Reaching up. She placed her hand on the top if of tanned cowboy hat. Pushing it back a little so that she could better read the sign before her. To her luck it was an antique shop. "Well alright then." she smiled to herself. Before slowly opening the door and making her way inside. Being inside one of these shop always felt cozy. Maybe it was because everything on the shelves belonged to someone prior to being here. So it was like being a room with a bunch of people with fascinating stories to tell.Β  "I'll be damn." She mumbled, stepping over the floor and over to a few things. Leaning in close.

The shop smelled like wood and cider, and always had a warm feeling to it. The floor creaked with the steps of each customer, but it just added to the experience. Lining the shelves were antiques of all sizes and forms, from all over Ooo - some were brought here, some came here after the owner's own travels, but they all had a tale.
Sitting behind the counter, the bull kicked up his feet on an adjacent chair, turning to look towards the door as its bell chimed with the new customer. He raised a brow, shifting to sit up to get a better look at them before speaking up, although in an unusually tame voice for someone of his 'stature'. "Are you looking for anything, miss?"

For a time, she was just going about in her own little world. Stepping lightly over the creaking floor as she moved slowly from item to item on the shelves. Perhaps it was a lack of attention on her part that cause her to be startled when someone finally addressed her. Boot moving two steps back as if she were being scolded for having been so close. Even if that weren't, in fact, the case. Her head turning to the counter. Finding the clerk to be a young man maybe a couple years her junior on the other side of the counter. Huh. How odd. Well, maybe not that add. But most small antique shops she found herself in had older women working at them. "Um. . " She straightened up her back and slowly reached up to take off her hat. Holding it against the front of her parka. "I don't suppose yah know if yer shop might have some garden'in tools? Maybe an old water'in can?" Her voice came out soft as she approached the counter. "I'm head'in home tomorrow. And I was look'in for a gift." She explained, her eyes moving along the the shelf she now found herself near. "She really does like garden'in. But maybe a doll might be better."
