Belarus is on good terms with many other countries and also helped out many of them. The foreign policy isn't limited to co-operation only with the EU and Russia. The geography of their external affairs aggressively expands to other parts of the world.
Belarus is proud to have profound partnership with emerging powers of China and India and important nations such as Venezuela, Egypt, South Africa and many more.
So yeah...he's grumpy, not very sociable and all that but...he has many friends!
I say that because if the countries get along, I don't see why their representatives won't be in the same situation...
