In all fairness to Double D, you are younger than him. That could bring about some mixed signals; at least Nazz is closer to his age. To clarify, I'm in no way denouncing your love, just that it's best that there isn't much romance on either end at this point. Mostly for the same reason I never saw you or Jimmy as an item.
As for Nazz herself...I honestly think she can do better than Kevin. Don't get me wrong, Kevin's a good guy, picking on the Eds notwithstanding. It's just that he seems to care more about his bike than he does Nazz's feelings.

As for Nazzie - I think she doesn't feel like she needs to have a boyfriend now. I admire her for that. She is like a free spirit. I wish I could be like her. And even if she had a thing for Kevin she forgot about him. Since as you said his bike is more important. KEVIN IS A LOSER!!!
