Huh... Are you left-handed? I've heard of some people's bodies being more flexible/stronger with whatever side their predominant hand is on. Yet again that might be completely bogus.

I totally get you. Those physical endurance tests in P.E. were hell on earth... Did they make you guys do this thing called the "beep test"? Or is it just a thing here in Canada? Either way, it's terrible and nobody likes it

Haven't had PE in 2 years now.
(The Mile Runs were THE WORST FOR ME OMG!)

Basically, they play this recording (that's probably at least 40 years old by now) that consists of a series of beeps. The first two beeps have maybe 20 seconds between them, and you have to get from one side of the gym to the other before the next beep. So you can basically walk for the first couple beeps before the actual running starts. But the longer you last, the less time there is between the beeps so you have to run faster and faster. Your performance is graded by 'levels', each level lasts around a minute and becomes increasingly difficult. That's as simply as I can explain it, really.
This is my last year of PE, and I'm so freakin' exited to get it over with. We haven't done those yet... They are yet to come, probably. X_X

They nasty. And there were always these two guys that would last until like 30 beeps and just keep going out of pure competition and managed to get freakishly high scores because of it >:I
I feel ya. (I usually get to the point of passing the evaluation and give up because if I kept going any longer than that I'd probably get sick. But hey, passing note still counts! Heh)
