Hope this doesn't look too over designed.
First time trying to draw aΒ
Mega Evolution concept so...yeah.
Tried to make him look like a super hero like Thor...with electric bolt swords.
I'm tired...need sleep.

I think it might be interesting if one tail-sword was larger than the other, giving it a kind of sword and dagger look that might tie in the bolts on its belly a bit more. Just a thought. This look great

The bolts on it's belly was supose to be kinda like a belt or something...but i guess i could've left those out.

I really like the double tails. After our chat about the mega evolution, I kinda played around with some ideas in my head as well and double tails were one of the ideas. XD

Basically I came up with the double tale idea after looking at some other Mega Evolution Concepts for Raichu on Google...and noticing they didn't have him with a double tail.

Then the idea to make him part Fighting type was that according to the Wiki,
Raichu takes inspiration from a kangaroo rat.
Which can be really aggressive.
...And because of the electric tail swords.
