While revamping my Emoticon pack to a static version (for fixing the speed bug in the Pidgin pack) I thought I could use a : love : emoticon for my girlfriend

well actually i can't really answer you.
but actually it's not the saturation, it's the contrast that's supposed to be higher.
Mostly I just take colors (I don't use filters) from the upper right corner of the color wheel
