I am officially making a story featuring Zahra, but it is NOT Cynopolis. Cynopolis is a story that takes place PRIOR to this series, the Afterlife Chronicles. But don't be disappointed, this way I can build up the mystery and fun of Ancient Egyptian culture for Cynopolis, but this is still ultimately Zahra's story.

The first chapter (the one I am making now) will be based on Ancient Egyptian perspective of Death, of course, with some creative license. After all, a lot of what we know about past civilizations are extremely limited and let's not mention a lot gets lost in translation. Some terms such as Ba and Ka are loosely translated to spirits, personalities, that sort of thing in the English language.

Anyway, look forward to seeing many of the well known (and some not so well known) Egyptian Gods.

It should be known that I will try REALLY HARD to keep to one creation myth (there are a bout 3 major ones), but I know there's going to be someone who's a bigger history geek than I am and they may find something and nitpick it like crazy, but please, do no be offended, this is something that needs to be completed under a time limit and it's difficult reading and absorbing lifetimes of research.

Anyway, I will also be featuring other "underworld" stories as I move on past the Ancient Egyptian, y'know, like Greek myths like Hades and Persephone, etc.
