Awesome scale lighting here! The effects of the dragon are very detailed. The texture of the bark and grass are also nice.
This, however, brings about a problem in the photo.
See, the tree doesn't really merge with her as well as it could. It doesn't really look as if she's actually standing in it. The leaves are blurry and they don't go very well with her shiny scales. They don't really stand out as well, so it looks like she's in a bit of a blurry mess. In this camera angle, the leaves would stand out more. They tend to be blurry the closer they get to the camera, not farther away. (Unless they're supposed to be WAY in the back. The tree here is a prime object in the picture, so its leaves need to be distinct.)
The size of the tree is also very small. Compared to Phendrana, I'd say the tree is about as big as her. Phendrana looks very large here and it really draws out from the size proportions. (Unless a tiny tree was your intention, which I doubt) This also takes away the weight proportions. Due to the tree being as small as it is and the fact that she's nearly at the very tip of the branch, it wouldn't hold Phendrana. The tree's entire limb would snap right out from under her. It doesn't really look like there is a branch there. You look like you're forgetting that trees have branches. Be sure to include those next time! Branches are a key part in trees! Don't make it look like a bush on top of a trunk!
For improvement next time, I suggest making the tree a lot bigger and more distinguishable. It may be a lot of work, making each leaf prominent, but it really pays off in the end. You seem to have dragons down, so stop with them and start on background practice.
Nevertheless, you are improving.

The tree isn't dark enough and there's not shading underneath her, which was probably one of the biggest factors; I also totally agree that the leaves should be waaay more detailed haha
The worst part is that I actually spent ages in making branches of which barely 1% is visible because the overlay I added on top to merge the image took them out x'D
