Part of my 'First Contact War' - Short Stories.

Page #03 and final page (for now?) concluding this short story.
Some additional background info on the ponies shown. These are my Sirens of Albicant I've made in the past. Here's their backstory from that image:

"Sirens of Albicant, conquerors of the wilds. Very secluded groups of equines, born and grown to unite the wild lifeforms under the Equine Banner. Those who resist or threaten the empire shall risk extermination, all must unite. This is the quest of a Siren, this is their life.

Although not all equines would approve of their approach, the lands the Sirens roam in is remote enough to not be an issue. In the far hostile territories they travel they find mythical creatures, but also more than just creatures. Almost becoming myths them self as they harness any method to aid them in their mission. For they take on any that oppose them.

Words spreading like any other myth. Talk about their brighter appearances. Glowing eyes in the shadows, used to subdue other lifeforms. Hidden under their hoods masking their changed appearances. Not many come into contact with them, further shrouding them in mystery. Yet many also do not realise the effect they've had on daily lives, which for many has been made possibly by these groups throughout the centuries. Ridding the lands of most creatures, or taken for the greater good."
I need to rewrite it in a better way sometime, but that kinda tells their side anyway.
They did make this page interesting having to translate their design into this style.
Talking about style, this might not be my most efficient style. Not sure if I'll keep it for any next comics/short stories or if I'll try something else.

Anywho, this finishes up Little Gryphy's story. 3 pages short, although I could've dragged it on for a lot longer, but the point of it was to show a "Reason of Conflict" a first contact (as there are many first contacts)
Now I've to think about what's next...

Edit:
To elaborate on the situation, this is a shortened down story of a first contact. Neither side knows of the full extent in which the other reaches. The Gryphons have no idea who the Sirens are and the Sirens have no knowledge of the scale and civilization that the Gryphons have.
On the Siren's side this means they treat Gryphons as wildlife. They deal with bigger targets on a regular basis such as Hydras ( fav.me/d77hcqe ) so encountering a new lifeform a gryphon gives them a new and seemingly harmless creature to assimilate into the Equine Empire as just another asset.
This is their ruthless policy towards all lifeforms, you either bow or you fall before the empire.

Every Saturday I'll work on First Contact War in my Picarto Streams .
